The Avicenna Oil website, hereinafter referred to as the Company, has a Privacy Policy addressed to the persons using it, hereinafter referred to as Users. It presents the scope of the User’s personally identifiable information that the owner of the service collects, as well as mechanisms to ensure the privacy of the User (resulting from the law). The Privacy Policy also constitutes the fulfillment of the information obligation towards the data subject (User).

1) The administrator of your personal data is the Company Avicenna Oil Wiktor Podlaski in inheritance, with its registered office at Opolska 19, 52-010, Wroclaw.
2)Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of administration of the website, statistics of website visits, management of website content, maintaining contact with Users- on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
3) The recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the implementation of services
4) Your personal data will be kept for the period specified in the regulations;
5) You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict its processing;
6) You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority;

2 User Rights

Pursuant to Articles 16-21 of the RODO, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
  2. The right to rectify or amend your data;
  3. The right to erasure (if, in the opinion of the User, there are no grounds for processing his/her data, then he/she may request their deletion);
  4. The right to restrict data processing (the User may request that the Company restrict the processing of data only to the storage of the data or the performance of activities agreed with the User, if the Company has incorrect data or processes the data unreasonably);
  5. The right to object to the processing of data (the User has the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of legitimate interest; when notifying the User, the User must indicate the situation that justifies the cessation of processing covered by the objection; the Company will stop processing this User’s data, unless the grounds for processing override the User’s rights or are necessary to establish, assert or defend claims);
  6. The right to data portability (the User has the right to receive his/her personal data that he/she has provided to the Company on the basis of a contract or the User’s consent; he/she may have the data sent directly to another entity);
  7. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the User has previously given it;
  8. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (if the User finds that the Company processes data unlawfully, he/she may lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority on this matter).

4 Method of collecting User data

Users’ data may be collected automatically by the server or may be voluntarily provided by the User.

For example, when registering a user account, placing an order, submitting a complaint, withdrawing from a contract, contacting us via email or chat, and using features available on our site or external services (e.g., social networks).

Users’ data are used for the purposes of administration of the site, statistics of site visits, management of site content, maintaining contact with Users. Users’ data are not shared with other entities, with the exception of entities authorized by law, namely:

  • Mailing system provider – responsible for the mailing system;
  • Invoicing system provider – used to issue invoices;
  • CRM system provider – necessary for the regular work of the Company;
  • Project management system provider – enabling project execution and management;

Some of the User’s personal data processing operations may involve the transfer of personal data to third countries. The Company transfers the User’s personal data to international areas in connection with the use of resource-based instruments located outside the country, especially in the United States. The providers of these tools ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data by applying appropriate compliance mechanisms in accordance with the provisions of the RODO, in particular by using established contractual clauses. 7 The policy of the service’s use of cookies (cookies).

  • Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
  • The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and accessing them is the owner of the service.
  • The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about users of the site or to track their navigation. Cookies used on the site do not store any personal data or other information collected from users and are used for statistical purposes.
