1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply go to the “Products” tab, where you will find all the raw materials in our offer or tabs dedicated to particular types of industry. Select the product (or products) you are interested in, the quantity given in kilograms or milliliters (for Pharmset Flex offerings only) and add them to your inquiry. Fill in your information in the form and send us your inquiry. We will try to respond as soon as possible.

2. Can I get samples of raw material?
Our standard sample is 7 ml (sample for legal reasons cannot be free). Depending on the value of the raw material, the cost varies from PLN 5-15. If it is a special order raw material and is outside our standard offer, the sample will be priced individually.
3. What industrial sectors do you have raw materials for?
We supply raw materials mainly to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, and in the case of the Pharmset Flex offering, to many different branches of industry – from veterinary medicine to household chemicals to candle and soap manufacturing.

5. What is the minimum order quantity for raw materials on current sale?
In the case of the standard offer (calculated in EURO), it is 1 kg of oil raw material, while in the case of raw materials sold as part of the Pharmset Flex offer – 100 ml (calculated in PLN).
6. What is the minimum order quantity for raw materials that are only available on order?
In such a situation, the minimum order size is usually 25 kg of a given oil raw material. In the case of very expensive natural oil raw materials available on request, the minimum can be reduced, and its size is determined individually. The commercial minimum depends on the oil raw material in question. In order to receive information about the commercial minimum of the raw material available to order, we would very much appreciate it if you could contact us using the form.
7. What is your pricing and discount policy?
The standard discount is given for an order size equal to or exceeding 10 kg of a given oil raw material. For larger orders (50 kg or more), the discount for a given oil raw material is determined individually.
Note: The value of goods from EUR to PLN will be converted according to the exchange rate from Raiffeisen Bank’s currency sales table from the date of the invoice.
8. What documentation of raw materials do you provide for procurement?
The following documentation is available for each order:
Documentation will be made available after submitting an inquiry in the Customer Panel. To access the Client Panel, simply enter the individual password that we provided in the email confirming your request.
Do you need additional documentation? Let us know at the time of your request in the “Additional information” field. This will definitely streamline the process of completing the documentation for us.
9. In what packaging do you sell raw materials?
Raw materials are mainly sold in shipping containers (HDPE), which are not recommended for storing raw oil in storage. The exception is active substances, which are sold in acid-resistant steel containers.
10. What are the optimal storage conditions for raw materials?
Store raw materials only in original, sealed packaging in a dry and well-ventilated place. Do not store together with food or animal feed. Opened containers must be resealed and stored upright to avoid leaks. It is recommended to keep containers filled. Suitable temperature conditions are below 25 degrees Celsius.
11. What are the costs of transporting raw materials?
Domestic shipping costs up to 30 kg with prepayment: 24 PLN net.
Domestic shipping costs up to 30 kg cash on delivery: PLN 32 net.
12. What is the waiting time for delivery of raw materials?
For raw materials available in current sales, the delivery time is 2-3 days, while for raw materials available only on order this time is 2-4 weeks.
